Purchasing

Payments are taken through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

 

Shipping

SHIPPING DOMESTIC

Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS, Fed EX or UPS; 3-5 or 6-10 days depending on size and shipping destination.  Your original artwork will be shipped flat in a box with packing to protect it. Works on paper will ship flat, inside a rigid envelope to ensure undamaged delivery. For now, there is a flat Arte of $30 in domestic shipping for larger paintings, which will need to be adjusted at the time of purchasing. Contact me so that I can give a more accurate shipping estimate and I will adjust that before I deliver the work to you,

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

International orders will ship USPS or UPS; 6-10 or 7-15 days, with tracking information. The amount at checkout is an estimate. You may owe an additional amount before the order can be fulfilled, in which case you will receive an email with an invoice to cover any additional fees.  Overseas shipments (outside the US) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs cover packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

I choose the carrier that provides the best price for you. If you need rush delivery please let me know, so I can adjust accordingly.

Return Policy

Please request more photos, or email me with any questions prior to purchase if you are not sure about the colors or specifics on a particular piece. I will always be happy to help you choose the piece of art that you are looking for any particular place. All attempts are made to portray an accurate photo/description, but please keep in mind that when viewing art online monitors can vary in color, brightness, contrast etc.My number one priority is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. I do my very best to display my pieces accurately and honestly.

If you are not happy with your painting, you have 2 weeks to return it and I will reimburse you. Shipping back costs will have to be paid by you though.

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph. Transit is not a predictable thing, however I do take the best steps I can to protect your purchase.

*Commissioned pieces can NOT be exchanged or refunded, as the process is done in stages, each with approval and with as much transparency that I can offer.
